Tell me about your student.
Two minutes. I reply within 24 hours to set up a free 15-minute call.
What happens next
I read it and reply within 24 hours
From one person, not a scheduling system. If I don’t think I’m the right fit I’ll say so in that reply rather than book a call to tell you.
A free 15-minute call
You describe what you’re seeing. I tell you whether it reads to me like a knowledge gap or a method gap, and what I’d do about it.
A first session, then a written read
The first session is diagnostic. Afterwards you get a short written note on what I found. If it isn’t worth continuing, it cost you one session to find out.
Before you send it
What does it cost?
$65 an hour, the same rate for every subject. A family taking more than one subject pays one hourly rate for the whole engagement rather than a separate rate per subject. Three subjects isn’t three engagements. It’s one person carrying three threads, and the rate prices the carrying. Billed weekly by Zelle to Hebbalae LLC, after the sessions have happened. The first 15-minute call is free.
Do we have to commit to a number of sessions?
There are no packages, no minimum number of hours, and no term to commit to. If a week doesn’t work, we skip it.
My student isn’t sure about this.
That’s common and it’s worth saying on the form. A reluctant student is workable; one who has been signed up without being asked usually isn’t. I’d rather know before the first session than find out during it.
Something else?
The FAQ covers scheduling, cancellations, how I report progress, and who this isn’t a good fit for.
